Pre-Order Information

All pre-order items are made-to-order. Please allow 2–5 weeks for production and fulfillment.
You will receive real-time updates on your order status via email and SMS throughout the process.

Standard Shipping (Non Pre-Order Items)

For in-stock items, please allow:

  • 1–3 business days for order processing and verification

  • 2–3 business days for standard delivery

Note: Delivery times may be impacted by factors such as high order volumes, weather conditions, or carrier-related delays.

You will receive an order confirmation email once your purchase has been placed. Additional email notifications will be sent once your order has shipped and again when it has been delivered.

Order Processing Times

  • Orders placed Monday through Friday after 5:00 PM EST will be processed on the following business day.

  • Orders placed after 5:00 PM EST on Fridays, or over the weekend, will be processed on Monday or the next business day.

  • In the event of national weather delays, please allow up to one additional business day for processing.
